How your information is collected, used, and protected on this site.
This policy applies to suprakashdolai.com and any services I provide. By using this site or contacting me for work, you're agreeing to what's described here. It's written to be straightforward — no legal jargon where I can avoid it.
When you fill out the contact form, I receive your name, email, and whatever you write in the message. That's it. I don't run ad trackers, and I don't use analytics platforms that harvest your identity.
Standard server logs may capture your IP address and browser type — this is automatic with any web host and not something I act on individually.
Contact form submissions are saved in a database on the same server as this site, accessible only by me. The site runs over HTTPS so data in transit is encrypted.
No method of storage is 100% foolproof — I can't make guarantees that no breach will ever happen, but I take reasonable precautions.
I don't sell or share your data. The only "third party" involved is the email service used to deliver form submissions to my inbox (SMTP). Your data doesn't go anywhere else.
If the law requires me to disclose something, I'd have to comply — but that's the only exception.
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete any data you've submitted. Just email me at contact@suprakashdolai.com and I'll sort it within a few days.
I don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may set a basic session cookie for technical purposes (like the contact form) — it doesn't follow you anywhere.
If this policy changes meaningfully, I'll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
